Customer must bring back the defective product(s) with the following conditions

|Free Gifts, Accessories and Vouchers must be returned|
|Valid Purchasing receipt or tax invoice must be present|
Product(s) will be retained for testing and diagnosis before an exchange can be carried out. All products must be returned with reasonable care having been taken (such as must not show wear or damaged box/packaging).
*Defective product(s) replacement does not include Apple Original Products, Beats Headphones, all brands of Desktop PC, Notebooks, Tablets, gaming consoles, ink cartridges, software and any products where warranty is registered. Please head to the authorized service centre and contact the relevant brand.
Returns and refunds for these products are not allowed under the following conditions:

Only unopened and unmarked product(s) can be exchanged for another product(s) of similar or higher value within seven (7) days from date of purchase.
In the event with no exchange in product, Credit Note may be offered and must be utilized within one (01) month. Extension of the expiry date is not permitted. Refund is subjected to approval and will be given in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase (if credit card used, the amount must be credited back into the same credit card).
Please contact the Service Centre of the respective manufacturers to seek assistance on warranty claims for any defective product(s).

*Do remember to bring along your Challenger receipt/ tax invoice and other necessary documents required by the respective manufacturers when visiting the Service Centre.
All returns should be accompanied with the original receipt or tax invoice, the original documentation, instruction manuals, registration, parts and components (including cables, controllers, and accessories) and in its original condition/ packaging.
Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your return or result in additional fees. Challenger reserves the right to deny any return if it fails to meet our return criteria.
All opened software are non exchangeable or returnable (eg: Office Suite, Anti-Virus, Games and etc).
Please allow a minimum of three (3) to four (4) working days (excluding weekends & Public Holidays) for verification process and testing.
Please return the software with full packaging together with the original receipt or tax invoice to the store of origin for verification (including testing) before exchange can be considered. (Please refer to "I've purchased a software, which came with a faulty/ damage disc, can I return for a 1-to-1 exchange within seven (7) days from date of purchase?").
Exchange is subjected to Local Authorized Distributors/Vendors approval due to copyright law.
